Channel Qatar (on the Dal.net server) is an Arabic/English channel, and like other channels, Channel Qatar has it's own rules. I'll give a brief explanation, on #Qatar rules :

• Filthy talk : I don't have to explain that a lot, just behave well people . 

• Flooding : Don't repeat the same line many times , or the Same word also. It's really annoying, and it's a very good reason to get kicked. Also, don't use big popups. They might look nice, but they cause lags to others .

• People harassing : Don't annoy someone, that tries to escape from you. Just Leave Him Alone.

• Sexual talk : This is a chatting channel, not a sex or Trading Pix one! If you want to "cyber" , "Trade" or whatever, keep it away From #Qatar. In private or DCC! ( This is a decent channel , Not a Sexual channel ) .

• Caps Locks :  Don't use Caps, because it's considered shouting, and it's not accepted .

• Mass Inviting-Advertising-Or Msgs : This is something, that I can assure For It, Ban-kick or a kick .

• No OP begging : Stop begging for OPs people or asking how to get it. If we need your help, then we will decide to give you an OP. You can't just get an @ just by clicking your fingers. The most possible people for getting OPed, are channel regulars, and people with good behavior, and high attendance! Asking, will not make any good. It will probably upset someone .

• Guests**** : For all those who are joining with the nick, "Guest****" , or they getting it. Change that nick, by typing : /nick "newnick" . For example, you want the nick Mick, you should type : /nick Mick . If you get the message that you have to identify to the Nickserv, then this nick, is owned by someone else, and you'll become a Guest again. Then, you better get another nick. For registering a nick: /msg nickserv register "password" ( Then, the nick that you have when you do that, it will be registered, under this password ) .The Password, can be whatever you chose, consisted, by numbers and letters. Always remember this password, and don't give it to anyone . Every time you enter IRC, you have to type: /msg nickserv identify 'password' ( The password you chose when you registered. Please stop being Guests, and get a nick .

• Arabic And English : The language of this channel, is Arabic And English also. For any other kind of language or encrypted messages, keep it in private, or be kicked .

• The *.Exe Files : Please stop sending *.exe Files Such as "Dmsetup.exe" or whatever .If you don't know how stop sending them. Go to #NoHack and you'll find alot of people to help you to get rid of it.Get the help from the OPs only in #NoHack .

• Hacking : Well no need to talk alot About it .If we knew That you are trying to hack on someones PC by the Netbus or any other hacking prog. you'll be kicked. If you need any help with NetBus join #NEtSub .

Lastly, Please Follow These Rules Or you'll be kicked or kicked-banned.Thanks for stepping by #Qatar .
